Hot Pink Top: Express Pants: Old Navy Flats: Target (similar) Purse: Kate Spade (similar) Sunglasses: Vince Camuto (similar) Earrings: Kendra Scott
And you should know by ‘a touch’ I mean a whole top 😉 This hot pink top is beautiful. I feel confident every single time I wear it. The entire flow of these Express tops are fantastic. I highly recommend them. You can create a more casual look with denim ripped shorts and really dress it up with a pair of work slacks (I’ve done both!)
A little side note…this was a GREAT day. I had passed a pretty intense verbal presentation at work and to celebrate Michael and I went to the non touristy side of the Riverwalk and King Williams District to document the milestone in my business career. So looking back at these pictures just make me feel so good!
But let’s get back on track, shall we?! We found this cool gate area where there were a bunch of crunched up leaves on the ground. Here in San Antonio we have Live Oak trees and their leaves fall around this time of year. We don’t by any means experience fall here so even when I get a chance to pretend like it’s fall (yes…even in March) I’ll take it! I also think we should take a moment and appreciate these Target flats – I mean come on. The faux black suede and pointed toe make me want to go buy 5 back up pairs, they’re so inexpensive and for what they are they are completely worth it. I didn’t find them online but check your local store!
